【How to use】

1. Shake the bottle up and down 3-4 times.

2. Press the spray head repeatedly to squeeze the foam onto the fluoride foam holding dental tray. There are 1/2-2/3 vertical height of the dental tray.

3. Place the fluoride foam holder in your mouth and hold for 1-2 minutes with your head slightly forward to allow saliva to drain.

4. Remove the fluoride foam holder and spit out the residual foam in the mouth. Gargle is prohibited at this time.

5. Do not eat or drink within 30 minutes after using.
